1. Who may use GravIITy

GravIITy is for students preparing for the JEE examinations and for the teachers and staff we authorise. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you. By using GravIITy you confirm that this is so.

2. Your account

You sign in with your Google account. One person has one account. You may use it on a limited number of devices at a time, as shown in Settings; you may not share your account with others. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings or at https://graviity16.web.app/delete-account.

3. Trying GravIITy without an account

You may try a free preview as a guest. A guest account is temporary and is removed after 30 days without use unless you turn it into a real account.

4. What you may and may not do

You may use GravIITy for your own study. You may not copy, scrape, download in bulk, resell or redistribute questions, solutions or any other content; interfere with the service; try to reach data that is not yours; or use a display name that is abusive, impersonates someone, or contains a phone number or a link. We may remove a display name, suspend an account or end access if these terms are broken.

5. Content

The questions, solutions, explanations, diagrams, artwork and software in GravIITy belong to GravIITy or to the people who licensed them to us. Avatar artwork is used under its own licences, credited in the app. Nothing in these terms gives you any rights in that content beyond personal study.

6. The service

GravIITy is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and correct, and to fix mistakes we learn about, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suited to any particular purpose, and we do not promise any examination result. 7. Changes

We may change GravIITy and these terms. When a change matters, the app will ask you to accept the new terms before you continue, and will record the version you accepted.

8. Privacy

How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy at https://graviity16.web.app/privacy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. [Review note: the courts or forum, and any requirement about disputes involving minors, to be set by a qualified person.]
